The following Sporttrade Promotion Terms and Conditions are applicable:

Promotional Period

The promotional offer is valid between April 29, 2024 @ 12:00 AM ET through December 31, 2024 @ 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”). Must be physically located in NJ, CO, or IA to place bets in the respective state.

Patron Eligibility:

Only verified, registered Sporttrade patrons who are otherwise eligible to wager under New Jersey, Colorado, or Iowa law may be eligible for this promotion. There is an opt-in required, responding to “opt-in” to the email received by Sporttrade to confirm interest in 1 month free for ShotQuality Bets (SQB). Sporttrade reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any promotion in good faith.

This offer is limited to 1 per patron, 1 per household. Sporttrade affiliates, employees and their family members living in the same household are not eligible for this promotion.

Below is an example of a qualifying bet: I buy 2 shares of an outcome @ $50 each. I have made $100 in bets. If I go sell 1 shares at any price, that doesn't contribute to the total aggregation of bets.

Below are examples that may lead a patron to be ineligible, but is not limited to,

1. Sharing of devices with non-household members to place the bet.

2. Sharing of devices with another patron.

3. Different device is used to place the bet than the one used for account signup.

4. A patron from the same address has previously benefited from the promotion.

Patrons must be 21 years of age or older in order to claim the following Offer and must be physically present in the state of New Jersey, Colorado, or Iowa to place a wager.

Patrons must not be currently registered on any involuntary state gambling exclusion list, state gambling self-exclusion list, and/or self-exclusion list for any Sporttrade subsidiary.

How To Claim the Offer:

Opt-in Necessary with response to email received if patron meets the requirement of betting $100 or more on any basketball outcome during the promotional period.

During the promotional period, any patron that bets $100 or more on any basketball outcome will receive an email to opt-in to a free month of ShotQuality Bets. The patron will have 35 calendar days from the email to respond with a message along the lines of “yes, I’d like a free month”. The offer expires if it is not redeemed within 35 calendar days of the email being sent.

If an outcome is voided or canceled, all associated patron activity on that specific outcome will become nullified in regards to this promotion. Patron must keep their account open for the duration of the promotional period to be eligible for the offer.

For the sake of illustration, suppose a new patron eligible for this promotion places 10 $100 bets each at a maximum odds of -400 ($80) during the promotional period. If one of the outcomes that the patron placed a bet on is voided for any reason, the $100 that the patron placed on that outcome will not be eligible towards the bet aggregation. 

Sporttrade Account

Sporttrade Terms & Conditions are applicable to all parts of this Offer. All general terms, conditions, privacy policy, and house rules are also applicable to all parts of this Offer.  New Patrons will be prompted to accept the Sporttrade Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, or House Rules before being able to make a deposit or place bets. 

Sporttrade reserves the right to rescind this Offer at any time during the Eligibility Period by giving notice via social media, email, or other written communication.

Open an account or use your existing account and begin placing bets within the promotional period for $100 or more on any basketball outcome. Sporttrade will send an email to opt-in to a free month of ShotQuality Bets. The patron will have 35 calendar days from the email to respond with a message along the lines of “yes, I’d like a free month”. The offer expires if it is not redeemed within 35 calendar days of the email being sent.

Offer Restrictions

Limit 1 redemption per Patron, 1 per household.

New Patrons and existing patrons may be eligible for the promotion if criteria is met.

Patrons may cash out, but only qualifying bets count towards the offer

A patron must place their wager on or before the promotional end date to receive an email for opting in.

Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, new patrons must successfully establish a Sporttrade Account. New and existing patrons must place a bet for $100 or more on any basketball outcome. For new patrons, by creating an Account, you must agree to Sporttrade’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to Sporttrade’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, you cannot create a Sporttrade Account or participate in this Promotion.

Limitations on Participation

Sporttrade reserves the right at its sole discretion to: (i) change or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notification; (ii) void bets at any time; and (iii) exclude any individual(s) from participating in the Promotion if there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the Promotion. Promotions are nontransferable.

Cancellation

To cancel your participation in this or any promotion, please contact Patron support at [email protected] with your cancellation request. Upon request for cancellation, Sporttrade shall inform you of the amount of funds that will be returned upon cancellation. If you elect to proceed with cancellation, funds remaining in your account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Additional Information
