General Promotion & Bonus Terms and Conditions 

The following Sporttrade Promotion Terms and Conditions are applicable:

Promotional Period

The promotional offer is valid between April 29, 2024 @ 12:00 AM ET through December 31, 2024 @ 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”). Must be physically located in NJ, CO, or IA.

Patron Eligibility:

Only verified, registered Sporttrade patrons who are otherwise eligible to wager under New Jersey, Colorado, or Iowa law may be eligible for this promotion. Sporttrade reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. Sporttrade also reserves the right to disqualify you from future promotion(s) based on the activity of your referees.

Examples of disqualification from the promotion may include, but is not limited to:

1. Sharing of devices with non-household members to place the bet.

2. Sharing of devices with another patron.

3. Different device is used to place the bet than the one used for account signup.

Patrons must be 21 years of age or older in order to claim the following Offer.

Patrons must not be currently registered on any involuntary state gambling exclusion list, state gambling self-exclusion list, and/or self-exclusion list for any Sporttrade subsidiary.

The Referrer may only claim the following Refer A Friend Offer one time for a unique referral and only during the Eligibility Period. This offer is limited to each referrer for up to 5 referees in a 30 day period during the Eligibility Period. It is limited to an aggregate of $2,500 maximum for the referrer over a calendar year. Sporttrade affiliates, employees and family members living in the same household are not eligible for this promotion. 

How To Claim the Offer:

The patron (referrer) will need to provide the referral code to the referee. If the referee makes a deposit and places at least one qualifying bet, the referrer will earn 10% cash back, up to a maximum of $100, on the referee's total qualifying bets during the 7-day period beginning from the moment the referee places their first bet. Sporttrade grants the cash back money to the referrer within 24 hours following the conclusion of the referee's 7-day period, provided in one lump sum.

Referee must keep their account open for a minimum of the 7-day promotional period in order for the referer to be eligible for the offer.

Below is an example of a qualifying bet: I buy 10 shares of an outcome @ $50. I have done $500 of bets (“handle”) and earned $50. If I go sell 5 shares at any price, that doesn't create more handle.

It is recommended that the referrer play through the cashback 1x.

Sporttrade Account

Sporttrade Terms & Conditions are applicable to all parts of this Offer.  New Patrons will be prompted to accept the Sporttrade Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, or House Rules before being able to make a deposit or place bets. 

Referee must register for a Sporttrade account, complete the standard registration process, in order to be eligible for the Offer. 

Sporttrade reserves the right to rescind this Offer at any time during the Eligibility Period by giving notice via social media, email, or other written communication. 

Refer A Friend (“Offer”)

The patron (referrer) will need to provide the referral code to the referee. Referee must be 21+ years old. If the referee makes a deposit and places at least one bet, the referrer will earn 10% cash back, up to a maximum of $100, on the referee's total handle during the 7-day period beginning from the moment the referee places their first bet. Sporttrade grants the cash back money to the referrer within 24 hours following the conclusion of the referee's 7-day period, provided in one lump sum.

Offer Restrictions

This offer is limited to each referrer for up to 5 referees per 30-day period during the Eligibility Period. It is limited to an aggregate of $2,500 maximum for the referrer over a calendar year.

Maximum redemption value: $100 cashable funds

Minimum redemption value: $5 cashable funds

Maximum odds of -400 ($80) will be counted towards the cash back offer

Referrer may cash out, but only qualifying bets made by the referee counts towards the cash back offer

Referree must place their first wager on or before the promotional end date for the referrer to earn cash back

The promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Promotional Period

Eligibility

This Promotion is available to new or existing Sporttrade Patrons who refer a friend and the friend deposits and places at least one bet within one week of sign up. Patrons must be 21 years of age or older and physically present in NJ, CO, or IA in order to place a bet. Individuals on any involuntary state gambling exclusion list, state gambling self-exclusion list, and/or self-exclusion list for any Sporttrade subsidiary are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If the match to any exclusion lists is inconclusive, Sporttrade reserves the right to not market to the referee.

Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, new patrons must successfully establish a Sporttrade Account. By creating an Account, you must agree to Sporttrade’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to Sporttrade’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, you cannot create a Sporttrade Account or participate in this Promotion.

Limitations on Participation

Sporttrade reserves the right at its sole discretion to: (i) change or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notification; (ii) void bets at any time; and (iii) exclude any individual(s) from participating in the Promotion if there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the Promotion. Promotions are nontransferable.

Cancellation

To cancel your participation in this or any promotion, please contact Patron support at [email protected] with your cancellation request. Upon request for cancellation, Sporttrade shall inform you of the amount of funds that will be returned upon cancellation. If you elect to proceed with cancellation, funds remaining in your account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Additional Information

If there is a discrepancy between the name associated with your Account and the name associated with your deposit method you may be ineligible to participate in this (or any other) Promotion, and the Promotion may be withdrawn or invalidated.
