General Promotion & Bonus Terms and Conditions 

The following Sporttrade Promotion Terms and Conditions are applicable:

Promotional Period

The promotional offer is valid between March 22, 2024 @ 12:00 AM ET through December 31, 2024 @ 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”). Must be physically located in NJ to place bets in NJ or CO to place bets in CO.

Patron Eligibility:

Only verified, registered Sporttrade patrons who are otherwise eligible to wager under New Jersey or Colorado law may be eligible for this promotion. The patron must be a first-time depositor after the release of this promotion to be eligible for the promotion. There is an opt-in required, code “DHO”. Sporttrade reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any promotion in good faith.

This offer is limited to 1 per patron, 1 per household and for the 7 day period beginning the moment the first qualifying bet is placed during the eligibility period. Sporttrade affiliates, employees and their family members living in the same household are not eligible for this promotion.

Below is the calculation/example for what counts as “bets”: I buy 4 shares of an outcome @ $25 each. I have made $100 in bets. If I then sell the shares of the same outcome at any price, that doesn't contribute to the total aggregation of bets.

Below are examples that may lead a patron to be ineligible, but is not limited to,

1. Sharing of devices with non-household members to place the bet.

2. Sharing of devices with another patron.

3. Different device is used to place the bet than the one used for account signup.

4. A patron from the same address has previously benefited from the promotion.

Patrons must be 21 years of age or older in order to claim the following Offer and must be physically present in the state of New Jersey or Colorado to place a wager in the respective state.

Patrons must not be currently registered on any involuntary state gambling exclusion list, state gambling self-exclusion list, and/or self-exclusion list for any Sporttrade subsidiary.

How To Claim the Offer:

Opt-in Necessary with code “DHO”

Once a patron places their first bet, the patron has 7 days to bet an aggregate of $100. Once the patron places $100 of aggregate bets, Sporttrade will email or text the patron to inform them that they have 1 free month with Dark Horse Odds. DHO will then follow up with additional information to the patron. 

If an outcome is voided or canceled, all associated patron activity on that specific outcome will become nullified in regards to this promotion. Patron must keep their account open for a minimum of the 7-day promotional period to be eligible for the offer.

For the sake of illustration, suppose a new patron eligible for this promotion places 10 $10 bets each at a maximum odds of -400 ($80) during their 7 day period. If one of the outcomes that the patron placed a bet on is voided for any reason (but most likely in the event of an NFL tie or a change of venue or extended game delay in any sport), the $10 that the patron placed on that outcome will not be eligible towards the bet aggregation. The patron’s eligible bets during their 7 day period would be $90 (9 * $10).  

Sporttrade Account

Sporttrade Terms & Conditions are applicable to all parts of this Offer. All general terms, conditions, privacy policy, and house rules are also applicable to all parts of this Offer.  New Patrons will be prompted to accept the Sporttrade Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, or House Rules before being able to make a deposit or place trades. 

Sporttrade reserves the right to rescind this Offer at any time during the Eligibility Period by giving notice via social media, email, or other written communication. 

DHO Promotion (“Offer”)

Open an account and begin placing bets. The 7-day period for bet aggregation starts from the moment the patron makes their first bet. Throughout this 7-day period, the total qualifying bets placed will be eligible. Once the 7-day period concludes, and the player has placed at least $100 in aggregate bets, Sporttrade will email or text the patron informing them that they have 1 month free with DHO. DHO will then follow up with additional information to the patron.

Offer Restrictions

Limit 1 redemption per Patron, 1 per household and for the 7 day period following the first bet placed during the eligibility period.

Patrons may cash out, but only qualifying bets count towards the offer

Once the 7-day period following the patron’s qualified first bet concludes, Sporttrade will email or text the patron to inform them that they have 1 free month with Dark Horse Odds. DHO will then follow up with additional information to the patron. 

The promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Eligibility

This Promotion is available to new Sporttrade Patrons who use the code “SQB” at onboarding and establish an active and verified Sporttrade account (“Account”). You must be 21 years of age or older and physically present in NJ or CO in order to place a bet. Individuals on any involuntary state gambling exclusion list, state gambling self-exclusion list, and/or self-exclusion list for any Sporttrade subsidiary are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. 

A patron must reach an aggregation of bets of $100 to qualify for 1 free month of Dark Horse Odds within the 7 day period from their first bet after account opening.

Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, new patrons must successfully establish a Sporttrade Account and use the code “DHO” at onboarding. New patrons must aggregate bets over a 7 day period of at least $100. By creating an Account, you must agree to Sporttrade’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to Sporttrade’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, you cannot create a Sporttrade Account or participate in this Promotion.

Limitations on Participation

Sporttrade reserves the right at its sole discretion to: (i) change or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notification; (ii) void bets at any time; and (iii) exclude any individual(s) from participating in the Promotion if there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the Promotion. Promotions are nontransferable.

Cancellation

To cancel your participation in this or any promotion, please contact Patron support at [email protected] with your cancellation request. Upon request for cancellation, Sporttrade shall inform you of the amount of funds that will be returned upon cancellation. If you elect to proceed with cancellation, funds remaining in your account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.
