General Promotion & Bonus Terms and Conditions 

The following Sporttrade Promotion Terms and Conditions are applicable:

Promotional Period

The promotional offer is valid between August 24, 2023 @ 12:00 AM ET through October 31, 2023 @ 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”). Must be physically located in NJ to place bets.

Patron Eligibility:

Only verified, registered Sporttrade patrons who are otherwise eligible to wager under New Jersey law may be eligible for this promotion. The patron must have previously bet with Sporttrade and not conducted any wagers in the past 30 days after the release of this promotion to be eligible for the promotion. There is no opt-in necessary. Sporttrade reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any promotion in good faith.

This offer is limited to 1 per patron, 1 per household and for the 7 day period beginning the moment the first qualifying bet is placed during the eligibility period. Sporttrade affiliates, employees and their family members living in the same household are not eligible for this promotion.

Below is an example of a qualifying bet: I buy 10 shares of an outcome @ $50. I have done $500 of qualifying bets (“handle”) and earned $25. If I cash out some or all of that bet, I do not earn any additional cash back. 

Below are examples that may lead a patron to be ineligible, but is not limited to,

1. Sharing of devices with non-household members to place the bet.

2. Sharing of devices with another patron.

3. Different device is used to place the bet than the one used for account signup.

4. A patron from the same address has previously benefited from the promotion.

Patrons must be 21 years of age or older in order to claim the following Offer and must be physically present in the state of New Jersey to place a wager.

Patrons must not be currently registered on any involuntary state gambling exclusion list, state gambling self-exclusion list, and/or self-exclusion list for any Sporttrade subsidiary.

How To Claim the Offer:

Opt-in not Necessary

Once a patron places their first in-play bet after not having placed a wager for 30 days after the release of this promotion, the 7 day period of 5% cash back on each qualifying in-play bet begins. In-play is defined as a bet that is for a game that is actively playing at the time of the wager. During this 7-day period, the total qualifying bets placed will be eligible for 5% cash back. After the 7 day period has concluded, Sporttrade will grant the patron 5% cash back on all qualifying bets placed, up to $100. “Cash back” money is granted within 72 hours of the end of the patrons 7 day period provided in one lump sum of cash.

If an outcome is voided, all associated patron activity on that specific outcome will become nullified in regards to this promotion. Patron must keep their account open for a minimum of the 7-day promotional period to be eligible for the offer.

For the sake of illustration, suppose an existing patron eligible for this promotion places 10 $100 bets each at a maximum odds of -400 ($80) during their 7 day period. If one of the outcomes that the patron placed a bet on is voided for any reason (but most likely in the event of an NFL tie or a change of venue or extended game delay in any sport), the $100 that the patron placed on that outcome will not be eligible for 5% cash back. The patron’s eligible bets (“handle”) during their 7 day period would be $900 (9 * $100), meaning that at the conclusion of the 7 day period, Sporttrade would grant this patron $45 (5% of $900) cash back.  

Sporttrade Account

Sporttrade Terms & Conditions are applicable to all parts of this Offer. All general terms, conditions, privacy policy, and house rules are also applicable to all parts of this Offer.  New Patrons will be prompted to accept the Sporttrade Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, or House Rules before being able to make a deposit or place trades. 

Sporttrade reserves the right to rescind this Offer at any time during the Eligibility Period by giving notice via social media, email, or other written communication. 

Cash Back Promotion (“Offer”)

Log into your account and begin placing bets. The 7-day period for 5% cash back starts from the moment the patron makes their first qualifying in-play bet. Throughout this 7-day period, the total qualifying in-play bets placed will be eligible for 5% cash back. Once the 7-day period concludes, Sporttrade will provide the patron with 5% cash back on all qualifying bets, up to a maximum of $100. The cash back is granted within 72 hours following the end of the patron's 7-day period, provided in one lump sum of cash.

Offer Restrictions

Limit 1 redemption per Patron, 1 per household and for the 7 day period following the first in-play bet placed during the eligibility period.

The 7 day period of 5% cash back starts the moment a patron places their first in-play bet

“Handle” is defined as the total amount of money wagered (the qualifying bet).

Once the 7-day period following the patrons first new in-play bets after log in concludes, Sporttrade will provide the patron with 5% cashback on all qualifying bets, up to a maximum of $100. The cash back is granted within 72 hours following the end of the patron's 7-day period, provided in one lump sum of cash.

The promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Eligibility

This Promotion is available to existing Sporttrade Patrons who establish an active and verified NJ Sporttrade account (“Account”). You must be 21 years of age or older and physically present in NJ in order to place a bet. Individuals on any involuntary state gambling exclusion list, state gambling self-exclusion list, and/or self-exclusion list for any Sporttrade subsidiary are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. You are eligible for credit up to $100 per person, account, mobile device, or payment method (for example, a specific credit card or bank account).

Action Required - You have an active, verified Sporttrade Account during the Eligibility Period.

Limitations on Participation

Sporttrade reserves the right at its sole discretion to: (i) change or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notification; (ii) void bets at any time; and (iii) exclude any individual(s) from participating in the Promotion if there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the Promotion. Promotions are nontransferable.

Cancellation

To cancel your participation in this or any promotion, please contact Patron support at [email protected] with your cancellation request. Upon request for cancellation, Sporttrade shall inform you of the amount of funds that will be returned upon cancellation. If you elect to proceed with cancellation, funds remaining in your account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Additional Information
