The following Sporttrade Promotion Terms and Conditions are applicable:

Promotional Period

The promotional offer is valid between October 1, 2023 @ 12:00 AM ET through December 31, 2023 @ 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”). Must be physically located in a licensed state of NJ or CO.

Patron Eligibility:

Only verified, registered Sporttrade patrons who are otherwise eligible to wager in the licensed state of NJ or CO in which Sporttrade operates may be eligible for this promotion. Sporttrade reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. Sporttrade also reserves the right to disqualify you from future promotion(s) based on your activity.

Examples of disqualification from the promotion may include, but is not limited to:

1. Sharing of devices with non-household members to place the bet.

2. Sharing of devices with another patron.

3. Different device is used to place the bet than the one used for account signup.

Patrons must be 21 years of age or older in order to claim the following Offer.

How To Claim the Offer:

Once a patron creates a new account with the promotion code “LACEY”, geolocates in NJ or CO, and deposits $50 into their account, Sporttrade will place a $10 cashable bonus into their account.

Sporttrade Account

Sporttrade Terms & Conditions are applicable to all parts of this Offer.  New Patrons will be prompted to accept the Sporttrade Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, or House Rules before being able to make a deposit or place trades.

Patron must register for a Sporttrade account, complete the standard registration process, in order to be eligible for the Offer.

Sporttrade reserves the right to rescind this Offer at any time during the Eligibility Period by giving notice via social media, email, or other written communication.

Promo Code “LACEY” (“Offer”)

The patron can wager on whatever outcome they would like, without restriction using the provided $10 cashable bonus.  Once the wager is placed, the patron can trade the outcome or hold it until settlement.  If the patron trades out of the outcome, the proceeds, less any applicable commissions on profits, belong to the patron and can continue to be used for play or withdrawn. If the outcome the patron wagered on is held until settlement and wins, the original stake as well as any winnings from the wager, less the 2% commission on the profit, is theirs and will be in their account for continued play or withdrawal.

Offer Restrictions

Limit 1 redemption per Patron and only for new first time accounts set up during the eligibility period for patrons that geolocated in a Sporttrade licensed state, NJ or CO.

Patrons that have previously held a Sporttrade account and closed it, are not eligible for this promotion by opening a new account.

Maximum redemption value: $10

After the creation of a qualified account $10 cashable bonus will be placed into the customers account within 72 hours of the first deposit of at least $50.

If the match to any exclusion lists is inconclusive, Sporttrade reserves the right to not market to the patron.

Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, new patrons must successfully establish a Sporttrade Account. By creating an Account, you must agree to Sporttrade’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to Sporttrade’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, you cannot create a Sporttrade Account or participate in this Promotion.

Limitations on Participation

Sporttrade reserves the right at its sole discretion to: (i) change or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notification; (ii) void bets at any time; and (iii) exclude any individual(s) from participating in the Promotion if there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the Promotion. Promotions are nontransferable.

Cancellation

To cancel your participation in this or any promotion, please contact Patron support at [email protected] with your cancellation request. Upon request for cancellation, Sporttrade shall inform you of the amount of funds that will be returned upon cancellation. If you elect to proceed with cancellation, funds remaining in your account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.
