General Promotion & Bonus Terms and Conditions 

The following Sporttrade Promotion Terms and Conditions are applicable:

Promotional Period

The promotional offer is valid between April 24, 2023 @ 8:00 AM ET Until June 30, 2023 @ 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”). Must be physically located in NJ to place bets.

Patron Eligibility:

Only verified, registered Sporttrade patrons who are otherwise eligible to wager under New Jersey law may be eligible for this promotion. The patron must be a first-time depositor after the release of this promotion to be eligible for the promotion. Opt-in is required to be eligible by entering a referral code at sign up. Promotion is stackable with other active welcome promotions by Sporttrade.

Sporttrade reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any promotion in good faith.

Sporttrade affiliates, employees and their family members living in the same household are not eligible for this promotion.

Below are examples that may lead a patron to be ineligible, but is not limited to,

1. Sharing of devices with non-household members to place the bet.

2. Sharing of devices with another patron.

3. Different device is used to place the bet than the one used for account signup.

4. A patron from the same address has previously benefited from the promotion.

Patrons must be 21 years of age or older in order to claim the following Offer and must be physically present in the state of New Jersey to place a wager.

Patrons must not be currently registered on any involuntary state gambling exclusion list, state gambling self-exclusion list, and/or self-exclusion list for any Sporttrade subsidiary.

How To Claim the Offer:

Opt-in is required by entering a qualifying referral code from Dark Horse Enterprises LLC, OddsJam Inc, or Unabated Sports Inc.

Once a patron creates an account and enters the referral code, their first trade triggers the 7 day period over which applicable transactions are considered commission-free. After the conclusion of the 7 day period, the total commissions will be rebated as a cashable bonus within 72 hours. 

It is recommended that the patron play through the cashable bonus funds 1x.

Sporttrade Account

Sporttrade Terms & Conditions are applicable to all parts of this Offer. All general terms, conditions, privacy policy, and house rules are also applicable to all parts of this Offer.  New Patrons will be prompted to accept the Sporttrade Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, or House Rules before being able to make a deposit or place trades. 

Sporttrade reserves the right to rescind this Offer at any time during the Eligibility Period by giving notice via social media, email, or other written communication. 

7 Day Commission Free (“Offer”)

Open an account and insert the qualifying referral code from Dark Horse Enterprises LLC, OddsJam Inc, or Unabated Sports Inc. The first trade triggers the 7 day period of commission free transactions, also referred to as the “Qualifying Period”. After the conclusion of the Qualifying Period, the total commissions will be rebated as a cashable bonus within 72 hours. The 7 day period includes the gaming day that the first trade is done on and the next six full gaming days.  Only commissions incurred on the eligible days are eligible for to be rebated

Offer Restrictions

This offer is limited to 1 per patron, 1 per household and for the 7 days from the first trade (with the first trade having been conducted during the eligibility period). 

New Patrons are eligible with a qualifying referral code.

It is recommended that the patron play through the cashable bonus funds 1x.

Opt-in is required through a qualifying referral code at sign up.

The promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, new patrons must successfully establish a Sporttrade Account, enter a referral code, and place their first bet to be eligible . By creating an Account, you must agree to Sporttrade’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to Sporttrade’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, you cannot create a Sporttrade Account or participate in this Promotion.

Limitations on Participation

Sporttrade reserves the right at its sole discretion to: (i) change or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notification; (ii) void bets at any time; and (iii) exclude any individual(s) from participating in the Promotion if there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the Promotion. Promotions are nontransferable.

Cancellation

To cancel your participation in this or any promotion, please contact Patron support at [email protected] with your cancellation request. Upon request for cancellation, Sporttrade shall inform you of the amount of funds that will be returned upon cancellation. If you elect to proceed with cancellation, funds remaining in your account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Additional Information

If there is a discrepancy between the name associated with your Account and the name associated with your deposit method you may be ineligible to participate in this (or any other) Promotion, and the Promotion may be withdrawn or invalidated.
